UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan – Police are trying to find the driver who struck and killed a 21-year-old man Friday night.

NYPD said officers found Noah Goldstein, 21, lying on the roadway within the crosswalk of Broadway and West 61st St. at 3:15 a.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Further investigation found that Goldstein was trying to cross the street westbound on Broadway at the intersection of West 61st Street when he was hit by an unknown vehicle that then fled the location, continuing northbound off Broadway, police said.

Fordham University's theatre program sent out a tweet Saturday afternoon in honor of Goldstein.

No arrests have been made.
