PIX11 News on Friday returned to two Queens neighborhoods to check on the progress on stories we covered during the week.

First in Jamaica, Queens, where an auto body shop was using public parking spots along the curb as their junkyard, with crashed cars littering the neighborhood.

The owner of Dynamic Collision told us he'd clean up the area, and he did.

Next in Jackson Heights, Queens. Residents there said busted catch basins were posing serious dangers for pedestrians and cyclists. City crews were working on the grates when we arrived.
