Comedian Jason Stuart talks about role in ‘The Birth of a Nation’

Actor and comedian Jason Stuart is in town getting ready for  the 6th anniversary of Broadway Sings for Pride.  The event takes place on June 20th at 8pm at the JCC Manhattan.  Broadway Sings for Pride will celebrate their 6th Anniversary Gay Pride Charity Concert by amping up the star power when Broadway, celebrities and activists unite for OVATION! Audiences will be treated to favorite songs from the world of pop, Broadway and beyond. Also special guests will share special pride stories. The night will include a special dedication to the victims of the Orlando tragedy, as well as surprises.

Stuart will also be seen on the big screen in October in the highly anticipated film “The Birth of a Nation.”  His role in this upcoming Hollywood flick has him playing a character very different from who he is.
