New mask poised to protect baseball athletes from head injuries

Imagine a ball traveling 95 miles per hour in your direction. It's just a day at the office for professional athletes, yet getting hit could put them on the injury list or worse.

Now imagine your child playing their favorite sport and getting hurt. While the ball may not be traveling as fast, nonetheless it could lead to injury. A company in Connecticut has been working on a solution.
