Defense for husband for killing wife’s would-be rapist

Mamadou Diallo has been charged with manslaughter after he fatally beat his wife's alleged would-be rapist Monday night. He claimed he was defending his wife. Now, it's up to a jury to decide if he goes to jail for the murder.
