Mother, daughter arrested after 86 dogs and cats found crammed in West New York home

WEST NEW YORK, N.J. -- A mother and daughter have been arrested after more than 80 dogs and cats were found into various crates and cages inside a tiny apartment in West New York, N.J.

The animals were were found at the residence on 52nd Street.

According to West New York Mayor Felix Roque, there were dogs stuffed in kennels so small they didn't have room to turn around.

Police say they are looking for a third suspect.
