Actor and comedian Bill Cosby will stand trial for sexual assault charges stemming from an incident in 2004 involving Andrea Constand. The charges come 12 years after both parties reached a settlement.

The case was re-opened when new evidence was presented. Cosby's attorneys are arguing that there is no real evidence being presented and the case should be thrown out.

Attorney Sara Kane talks about these new developments and what the outcome could be.
