The new face of domestic violence is getting younger and your child can be in danger right at school.

Eighty-one percent of parents don't believe that teen dating violence is an issue and many surveyed couldn't even identify the warning signs that their child may be in trouble.

At 13 years old, a Bronx woman named Gabby survived an abusive ordeal that many adults wouldn't be strong enough to overcome. Gabby, now 24, shared her story with PIX11 Morning News in hopes that it would encourage another young woman, blinded by love, to speak up before it's too late.
