elderly womanBEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn — A woman found wandering on the streets of Brooklyn over the weekend has been reunited with her family.

According to police, the woman has been identified and reunited with her family.

Police received a call Saturday afternoon about a woman found wandering the streets in the vicinity of Willoughby Avenue and Throop Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

She identified herself to police as “Patricia Griffith” but was unable to give police a home address or contact information for any relatives.

Police then released her photo and information about the incident to the public.

Within two days, police say she was reunited with family.
