Outside 33-55 10th Street, the victim heard suspects quickly approaching. He turned and saw one suspect call him an Arab, and punched him twice in the face, police said.

As the victim pushed this suspect away, he saw a second suspect with a pipe in his hand, yelling "ISIS! ISIS!" and a third suspect with a baseball bat in his hands, police said.
