STATEN ISLAND – Police are trying to identify a man found wounded in a wooded part of a Staten Island park.

The NYPD said the man who appears to be in his late 30s, late 40s was discovered inside Blue Heron Park between Tennyson Drive and Wakefield Road, bleeding profusely and unconscious.

He was wearing a white T-shirt, black North Face sweatshirt, green camouflage shorts, blue hat and black and red Nike sneakers, police said.

The individual has a tattoo with the word “Karma” on his upper right arm and a scar on his neck.
