THE BRONX — A man shot a 24-year-old in the arm after getting into a verbal dispute in an apartment lobby in the Bronx on April 8, police said.

Luis Reyes, 24, approached a man he knew and got into an argument inside the lobby of an apartment building at 3425 Kossuth Ave. at 4:14 p.m., according to police. As the verbal dispute continued, Reyes allegedly pulled out a silver gun and shot the man in the right arm and back.

Reyes then fled the scene.

The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are still searching for Reyes, described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
