Woman arrested after sending child to steal stroller from Queens porch, cops say

CORONA, Queens – A woman was charged with petit larceny after allegedly telling a boy to steal a stroller from a front porch last Sunday evening.

Police said the incident happened in the vicinity of 35th Avenue and 97th Street around 7 p.m.

Raysa Duran, 27, of Queens, apparently sent a toddler to remove the stroller from the 40-year-old victim’s front stoop, according to the NYPD.

She also faces endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of stolen property charges, police said.
