Girl sought in stabbing of 13-year-old aboard C train in Brooklyn: NYPD

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn – Police are looking for a teenage girl who they say stabbed a boy inside a subway train Wednesday night.

The New York Police Department said the 13-year-old victim was onboard a Manhattan-bound C train approaching the Ralph Avenue stop when he got into an argument with the alleged culprit. As the train doors opened at Ralph Avenue, she displayed a knife from her bag and stabbed him once in the abdomen, police said.

EMS responded and took the victim to an area hospital, where he is in stable condition.

The female attacker has brown eyes, appears to be between 14 to 16 years old and about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, police said. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and light blue jeans.
