Girl, 12, disappears from Bronx school

THE BRONX — The public’s help is needed to bring home safely a 12-year-old girl who vanished from her school earlier this week, police said Wednesday.

Jada Jordan, of the Bronx, was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Monday inside Bronx-Manhattan Seventh Day Adventist School, located at 1440 Plimpton Ave., police said.

Jordan is described as having brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion with a mole on her right cheek. She stands about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weights 120 pounds, police said.

She was last seen wearing her school uniform — a burgundy jacket with a Bronx Manhattan School logo, a white shirt and a gray skirt, police said.
