Man climbs through air vent of Bronx deli, steals cigarettes and lottery tickets: NYPD

CASTLE HILL, The Bronx — Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a Bronx deli Saturday morning.

According to police, Omar Chineatorres, 43, allegedly climbed through an air vent of a deli located at 676 Castle Hill Avenue just before 5 a.m.

Chineatorres allegedly removed 20 boxes of Newport cigarettes and an undetermined amount of lottery tickets.

Police released a mugshot of the suspect from a petit larceny earlier this year.
