Man stabbed in the head near Lincoln Center allegedly by his boyfriend: NYPD

UPPER WEST SIDE — A man allegedly stabbed his boyfriend twice in the head with a screwdriver inside a parking garage near Lincoln Center on Manhattan's Upper West Side Thursday morning, officials said.

It happened about 5:42 a.m. at 132 West 65th St., the location of an underground parking garage, according to FDNY.

When officers arrived, they found a 28-year-old man with two puncture wounds to his head, police said. A screwdriver was recovered nearby.

The victim's 29-year-old boyfriend, who has not been identified, was arrested at the scene, NYPD said. Charges against him are pending.

The victim was taken to a hospital, police said.
