‘All Def Movie Awards,’  #JusticeForFlint and more hollywood hot topics

With the Academy Awards  just a few days away there's an alternative award show that is getting attention.

The “All Def Movie Awards” is an award show produced  by Russell Simmons that was created to poke fun at the Oscars, and also celebrate actors who might otherwise not get celebrated.

Some of the shows categories include, "most quoted movie award", "best helpful white person award" and "best black survivor in a movie" award.

Also on the hot topics table, is a free benefit called #JusticeForFlint. The benefit was organized by "Creed" director Ryan Coogler's activist collective "blackout for human rights."

Celine Dion returned to the Vegas stage with a touching video tribute to her late husband. She also reportedly choked up while singing the hit "all by myself." Dion told the crowd that she still feels Rene with her.

Lastly, Christina Aguilera announced that she'll offer an instructional singing program on MasterClass. She is going to give lessons on how to expand your range, find your voice and master the techniques she uses. The class will feature more than 20 video lessons and will cost $90.
