THE BRONX -- Two men have been arrested after they were caught on surveillance video trashing a Bronx deli after the owner locked them inside for allegedly not paying for their items.

Police say the incident happened around 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, at Tony's Deli on Courtlandt Avenue.

The two suspects caused more than $250 in damages to the store after they were locked inside by the owner.

Kevon Gaithers, 20, of 519 Whales Ave., Bronx, and David Stalling, 33, of 3080 Park Ave., Bronx, were both charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
