ROSWELL, Ga. — A Georgia Mom is now DUI facing charges after her own 16-year-old daughter turned her in to the police.

According to WSB-TV, Deborah Miller was driving her daughter and a few of her daughter’s friends on Old Scott Road in Roswell.

But Miller’s daughter noticed something wasn’t right when her mother was allegedly weaving all over the road.

When she asked her mom to pull over and she refused; that's when her daughter called the cops.

"We have to commend the daughter for calling and reporting this," said Roswell police officer Lisa Holland. "She was concerned with her safety and the safety of her mom."

Miller was arrested and charged with a DUI.
