Woman, 46, sexually attacked near Bronx church

SOUNDVIEW, The Bronx – Police are looking for the fiend who allegedly stripped and sexually abused a woman within steps of a Christian church last month, according to police.

The 46-year-old woman was walking near Siloam Pentecostal Christian Church, located at the corner of Croes Avenue and East 172nd Street, when police say the suspect approached her and began touching her breasts and buttocks over her clothing.  He then ripped down her pants and touched her genitals before running down Croes Avenue.

Police say the suspect is a Hispanic man, standing roughly 5 feet 3 inches tall and 130 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a green knit cap with white stripes and dark clothing carrying a shiny or reflective logo on the chest.
