GREENWICH VILLAGE—Serial subway flasher and East Village restauranteur Dan Hoyt was arrested yet again after allegedly flashing a woman Tuesday night, police said.

Hoyt, 54, is suspected of flashing a woman shortly after noon Tuesday at the 8th Street NYU subway station, police said Wednesday.

The woman called 911, and told police Hoyt approached her while she was standing on the southbound N and R platform and made sexually inappropriate comments to her as he pulled his pants down, according to NYPD.

He was arrested and charged with public lewdness, harassment and resisting arrest, police said.

The 54-year-old was convicted and sentenced to probation after being caught on camera masturbating on the R train in August 2005.

It’s the fourth time he’s been caught with his pants down underground. His first time was in 1994.

In 2008, he was arrested after allegedly exposing himself on a platform at the Eastern Parkway—Franklin Avenue subway station in Brooklyn.

Hoyt is the owner of the East Village raw-food eatery Quintessence.
