New Jersey man accused of sexually assaulting underage girl at New Year’s Eve party

UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. — A man from Upper Saddle River, New Jersey is accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl after a New Year’s Eve party.

According to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli, the girl told police that 52-year-old Donald G. McKaba sexually assaulted her in his Oak Drive home.

After an investigation, police arrested McKaba and charged him with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact.

McKaba is under a $150,000 bond at Bergen County Jail.
