NEW YORK – As both local teams battle for remaining playoff spots, at least four players will see their season continue into late January in the form of a Pro Bowl selection.

The National Football League announced rosters Tuesday afternoon.

For the Giants, their lone representative is wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who is currently appealing a one-game suspension for his antics in Sunday’s game versus the Carolina Panthers.

In his return to the Jets, cornerback Darelle Revis notched a Pro-Bowl bid as well as wide receiver Brandon Marshall, who is playing his first year with the team. Defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson was also selected.

Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Michael Irvin will serve as alumni team captains for their Pro Bowl teams. The draft will be on Jan. 27.

The Pro Bowl will be held on Jan. 31 in Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
