44-year-old man shot multiple times in Bedford-Stuyvesant: police

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn — Police are looking for a suspect who shot and killed a 44-year-old man on Thursday night, officials said.

Police responded to reports of gunshots around Madison Street around 9 p.m. When they arrived, a man was lying on the ground, face up, with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. His family has been notified.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
