MORRIS HEIGHTS, The Bronx — When residents at 1775 Davidson Avenue walk into their building they’re greeted by trash.

That’s only one of the several complaints of unsanitary and dangerous conditions residents inside this building face.

The building is owned by Moshe Pillar, Public Advocate Letitia James says he’s the 4th worst landlord in New York City.

This building alone has a whopping 269 violations.

Tenants are living with roach and rat infestations due to hole’s in the walls.

As well as ripped up floors, exposed electrical wiring and a lack of gas.

A group of tenants filed a lawsuit against Piller, seeking monetary damages for what they call "uninhabitable conditions."

PIX11 contacted Piller, but he hasn't responded to our request for comment.
