Reggae superstar Shaggy will host benefit concert

This Grammy-winning and diamond-selling artist is best known for hits such as "Bombastic," "It Wasn't Me," and "Angel," but lately his music has been about "Only Love," his single which features Pitbull and Gene Noble.  It is getting major airplay at Z100 and KTU.  On Spotify, the single is sizzling with more than 8.7 million streams.

Shaggy, who is currently in town to perform Sunday night at the Kings Theater in Brooklyn for the Sounds of Reggae Concert, is also planning a charity concert on January 2nd.  The benefit entitled Shaggy and Friends raises funds for the Bustamente Hospital for Children.    To learn more about the concert and to make a donation, go to www.shaggyfoundation.org.
