Police search for three suspects accused of robbing man with no arms on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND — Police are looking for two men, and a woman, accused of robbing a disabled man on Staten Island last month, officials say.

The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in front of 1351 Forest Ave.

Authorities say the suspects approached the 18-year-old man, who officials say had no arms, and began asking for money. A third suspect then snatched his cell phone, which was on the ledge near him, and fled while the remaining suspects searched the victim's pockets for money.

They left empty-handed. The victim attempted to chase the suspects, but was unable to catch up to them.
