Man wanted for robbing fried chicken restaurant in the Bronx

BRONX — Police are looking for a man who robbed Kennedy Fried Chicken Restaurant on Thursday, walking away with $300, officials said.

The man walked into the restaurant on East Tremont Avenue a little after midnight. He jumped the counter, pulled out a knife, and took $300 from the cash register, police said.

No one was hurt during the incident.

The suspect is described as a man around 6-feet tall, about 180 pounds with short hair. He was wearing a black Yankee leather jacket, beige sneakers and dark jeans at the time of the robbery.
