Help sought to find 12-year-old missing from the Bronx

THE BRONX — The public’s help is being sought to find a 12-year-old girl who vanished earlier this week from the Bronx, police said Thursday.

Tanieya Rios Brown was last seen 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. She’s described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds. She was reported missing shortly before 4 a.m. the next day.

She was last seen carrying a white book bag and wearing blue-gray pants, purple and black Air Jordan sneakers, and a grey, white and black scarf.
