Police looking for suspect who shot 2 men at Utica Avenue subway station

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn — Police released a video showing the suspect who shot two men inside the Utica Avenue subway station at Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant Tuesday night.

The shooting happened around 5 p.m. on the steps of the subway station's entrance, police said.

A 27-year-old man was shot in the right arm, stomach, and thigh, and a 44-year-old man was shot in the back. They were taken to hospital and are in stable condition.

Police are still looking for the suspect. He is described as a man wearing a light-grey hood sweatshirt, light-grey sweatpants and dark-grey shoes at the time of the incident.

This is the third act of violence during rush hour in New York City in three weeks.
