Report: Tunnels between New York, New Jersey in danger of failing

A rail group has a warning for commuters -- that the tunnels going between New York and New Jersey are in danger of failing.  They put out a video saying a loss of one of those aging tunnels would be a catastrophic loss to the economy.  Is the situation as dire as they say?  Craig Treadway investigates.
