Cops seek gunman in double shooting that killed Queens teen on Halloween night

ROSADALE, Queens – Police have released images of two persons of interest wanted in connection to the double shooting that killed 19-year-old Peyton Manwaring on Halloween night.

On Saturday night, about 8:53 p.m., police responded to a call of two men shot at 240-15 144th Ave. Upon arrival, cops found Manwaring along with a 18-year-old man with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Jamaica Hospital, where Manwaring was pronounced dead and the teenager remains in critical condition, according to police.

Both individuals, described as men wearing black-hooded sweatshirts, were seen on surveillance video following the victims prior to the shooting, the NYPD said.
