Man brandishes gun at restaurant employee over price dispute: NYPD

RICHMOND HILL, Queens — Police are searching for a man they say pointed a gun at a restaurant employee after a disagreement in Queens.

According to police, the incident happened Oct. 22 inside of Rong Hua Chinese food restaurant located at 131-19 Jamaica Avenue in the Richmond Hill section of the borough.

The suspect got into a verbal dispute with an employee at the restaurant over food prices. Surveillance video shows the suspect pointing a gun at the employee while screaming.

The employee was not injured and nothing was taken from the restaurant.

Police describe the suspect as being in his mid 20s, 5-foot-9 and weighing approximately 140 pounds.
