HARLEM, Manhattan – Police have arrested a man for allegedly shooting the mother of his children twice in the face, killing her in July.

Eugene Miller, 32, was charged with with the murder of 30-year-old Rosetta Ewell and criminal use of a firearm, cops said.

Investigators said Ewell and her allegedly killer have children in common but did not elaborate on how many or how old those children are.

Ewell was found dead with gunshot wounds to the face on the 10th floor hallway of 15 West 139th Street on July 24. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
