Duo sought in armed robbery of Bronx bodega: cops

THE BRONX – Police released surveillance video showing two suspected thieves who took cash from a Bronx clerk Tuesday morning.

NYPD says one of robbers entered the deli located at 1011 E. 163rd Street with a gun on Tuesday shortly before 10 a.m. Once inside, the accomplice locked the door while the first suspect went behind the counter, forced the clerk into the ground and stole an undetermined amount of money from the cash register, according to cops. They then fled from the location.

There were no reported injuries as a result of the robbery.
