NEW YORK -- You might remember him from "America's Got Talent."

Or, you may have seen him on "Oprah."

Native New Yorker and Hip Hop violinist Damien Escobar stopped by PIX11 to share his music -- a talent he has used to make the lives of young people in Queens better.

Escobar will be performing at the Resort Casino in Queens on Oct. 9, which benefits the YMCA's Annual Campaign for Youth and Families.

His new album drops in January 2016.
