PHILADELPHIA – Just days after a mass shooting at an Oregon school, the Community College of Philadelphia went into lockdown Tuesday after reports of a gunman on the campus.

Police arrested a 17-year-old suspect they believe pulled out a weapon on campus to threaten another student.  No shots were fired and no one was injured.

According to Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey, the suspect, who was arrested just before noon, has a history of issues with the alleged victim.

The school went into lockdown after a student dialed 911 around 9:30 a.m., according to police.
