NEW YORK — It's Mets mania all around New York City.

Starting at 8 a.m., NL East championship apparel goes on sale but Mets fans might be too hungover to get to the clubhouse that early after crazy Saturday watch parties.

Pine restaurant in Corona had one of the wildest watch parties in the area.  Fans acted as though they were in the stadium to feel the magic moment.

"It's been a long time coming, we actually predicted the Mets were going to win.  Pinch me so I know it's real," says Wanda the Mets fan.

For fans who couldn't get to Cindy to see the win for themselves.  They brought the fan excitement to this watch party.

"We finally done something after 9 years and it's a great feeling.  What is this outfit?  It's to get the met fans excited and now we all got something to be excited we're in the play-offs and on our way," says Mets fan Nick Gianpietro.

But the people here weren't just screaming for the home team. For some, the win is personal and not only an achievement for the team but themselves. "You reminisce about what some of our local fans do but we like to think about what's happening today," says Mets fan Sal Candiano.

With the Mets leading the scoreboard throughout the game there was never a quiet moment as they counted down for that final score.

"When you wake up tomorrow morning are you going to think its a dream.  It's not and we're going all the way.  This feeling is incredible," says Mets fan Eddie Boisan.
