Beverages you should never drink

The average adult consumes 22 teaspoons  of sugar per day and the average child consumes a whopping 32 teaspoons.

That's compared to the America Heart Association recommendation of no more than nine teaspoons per day.

A lot of this sugar is in your beverages.
