NEW YORK – A Con Edison power issue has disrupted 4 and 5 service between Brooklyn and Manhattan Thursday afternoon.

No trains are running because of electrical problems inside the Joralemon Tube.

Southbound 45 trains are terminating at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall and Bowling Green.

Some 5 trains are running on the 2 line from Nevins St to 149 St-Grand Concourse in both directions.

Northbound 4 trains are terminating at Atlantic Av-Barclays Center.

Customers are encouraged to use the B, D, N, Q and R lines to bypass the stations not receiving service.  The A and the F lines can also be taken from Manhattan into Brooklyn.

 Allow additional travel time.
