SHELTON, Conn. — A Connecticut man was arrested after police say he gave a 4-year-old a wet willy, police in Shelton said this week.

Michael Migani, 34, stuck his finger in his mouth and then put it in the child’s ear while they were standing in the waiting room of a business on Center Street Tuesday, according to the Shelton Police Department.

Police said the boy was playing with his mother when the incident happened.

Migani, who is listed as homeless, fled in his car when the child’s mother and staff confronted him, police said. He was arrested by police at a later date.

Migani is charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $500 bond and is due in Derby Superior Court on Aug. 19, police said.
