4 injured in fire at Brooklyn apartment

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Four people were  injured after a fire ripped through a 3-story home in Brooklyn Sunday afternoon.

The fire started around 12:30 p.m.  at 631 E. 96th St. in Brownsville.

All residents were evacuated.

Four people were injured, one seriously in the fire. They were taken to area hospitals. Their identities have not been released at this time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
