A video from a police body camera has lead to outrage and murder charges. This university of Cincinnati police officer will be in court today after shooting an unarmed driver and catching the whole thing on his body camera.

Former NYPD Lieutenant Dr. Darrin Porcher, from the National Action Network Kirsten Foy and Civil Rights Attorney Eric Subin stopped by to talk more about the case and body cameras on local officers.
