Two men killed inside Bronx apartment: NYPD

MOUNT EDEN, Bronx –– Two men were killed inside a Bronx apartment Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.

Police said they were discovered on the sixth floor of 1555 Grand Concourse  around 4 p.m. Thursday.

The first victim, who is still unidentified, was found in the hallway area of the apartment with injuries to the back and neck, NYPD said. The second victim, 67-year-old George Benitez, was discovered within the bedroom with injuries to his torso, police determined.

The investigation is ongoing.

There are no arrests at this time.
