STATEN ISLAND– It's $6 million but it's not justice.

The family of Eric Garner has settled with the City of New York for the police chokehold death of the Staten Island man.

He died during a confrontation with the cops almost one year ago today.

There was no victory party tonight, but there was celebration of Eric Garner's life.

Hundreds of people, including Mayor Bill de Blasio along with many religious leaders, showing up to support, what that family calls, their fight for justice at Mount Sinai United Christian Church on Staten Island.
