Vincente Cunalata and the 15-year-old boy — who hasn’t been named because he is a minor — have been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault by sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
The third man involved in this case is identified as, Luis Solano, 41 and a warrant for his arrest has been issued on the same charges.
Bergen County’s Special Victims Unit and the Hackensack Police Department made the arrests after the girl told her mother that the teen and both men had assaulted her individually on separate occasions, according to officials.
Officers arrested the 15-year-old on Monday and placed him in a juvenile detention center.  Cunalata was arrested one day later on July 7 and was placed in Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail.
Thus far attempts to locate Solano have been unsuccessful, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.  Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Hackensack Police Department at 201-646-7777.
