Grilled French Toast and Pineapple Kabobs

  • 1 Challah Bread Loaf, cut 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Chunks
  • 4-5 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • Powdered Sugar

Grilled Breakfast Tacos

  •  4 Fresh Corn on the cobs
  • 1 Poblano Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 5-6 Medium Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 8 Eggs

Grilled Avocados and Egss

  •  2 Ripe Hass Avocados
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Tsp BBQ Seasoning

Grilled breakfast Pizza

  •  1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Fontina or Feta
  • 1/2 Cup Ham
  • 1/4 Cup Scallions
  • 2-4 Eggs
  • Pizza Dough
