WILLIAMSBURG, Brooklyn– Police have arrested a teacher’s aide Thursday for inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl with Down syndrome at a Brooklyn park, according to the NYPD.

Sixty-nine-year-old Jesus Lorenzo, who works for I.S. 318 in Williamsburg,  was sitting on a park bench with the victim when a witness saw him touching the teen, police said. The witness then called police to the park where they placed Lorenzo under arrest, cops said.

Police said they are not sure if the victim and the man known each other.

Lorenzo is being charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual conduct with an individual less than 17, according to police.
