Five teens sought in Bronx beating of 15-year-old boy caught on video: NYPD

BELMONT, The Bronx -- Police are seeking five teenagers in the brutal beating and robbery of a 15-year-old boy that was caught on video in the Bronx last weekend.

The violent altercation went down when one female and four male teens  approached the victim  behind P.S. 3 in the Belmont neighborhood around 6 p.m. on June 6.

Cell phone video appeared to show the suspects viciously and repeatedly punch and kick the cornered boy.

As the victim cowered with his arms protecting his head, police say the suspects removed his headphones and backpack before making off with the stolen items.

All four teens are described by NYPD as being in their early teens.
